LEGAL BASES FOR THE A1 PADEL CONTEST AND DRAW

1. ORGANIZING ENTITY
A1 Padel Shop, located at Méndez Núñez 12, Casco Antiguo 41001 Seville, is organizing a contest and raffle called “A1 Padel Challenge,” which will take place on December 20, 2024, at the physical store at that address.

2. DATE AND PLACE OF THE PROMOTION
The event will take place on Friday, December 20, 2024, starting at 6:00 PM, at the A1 Padel store located at 12 Méndez Núñez Street, Seville.

3. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
3.1. Contest dynamics:
Participants must pass the test of hitting the side of a padel racket and a ball five times in a row. They will have three attempts. The first 100 people to successfully complete the test will receive a padel bag as a prize.
3.2. Conditions for participation: - Be over 16 years old - Be present at the place and time of the event - Scan the QR code and register for the draw mentioned in point 4 - Each participant may only opt for one paddle bag, regardless of whether they take the test
several times

4. PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW
4.1. Registration for the draw:
Attendees interested in participating must scan a QR code available at the event.
This QR will direct you to a form where you will need to do 3 things:
1. Indicate your Instagram account
2. Follow the @a1padel_shop account
3. Enter your email address and accept the data processing conditions
4.2. Eligibility: - Be over 16 years old - Enter a real Instagram account and follow the store's account. This will be verified.
An essential requirement to be named the winner is to enter a valid email address and to accept the data processing conditions, which are detailed in the form.
4.3. Raffle prize:
A complete kit (shirt and shorts) and an official A1 Padel circuit padel racket will be raffled off.

5. PRIZES
5.1. Contest: - 100 paddle bags (available colors: red and white, and navy blue), limited to the first 100 people who pass the test.
5.2. Raffle: - 1 complete kit (shirt and shorts) - 1 official A1 Padel circuit paddle. SW brand

6. DRAW MECHANICS

The winner will be randomly drawn from among all participants who have met the requirements indicated in section 4. The winner will be selected on Monday, December 23rd, live on our Instagram account (a1padel_shop) and will be notified both via Instagram and via the corresponding email address.

7. AWARD CEREMONY
The prizes for the ice cream challenge will be awarded at the event venue on the same day. The winner will be notified by email and will be asked for relevant information for prize delivery.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected will be incorporated into a file owned by A1 Padel, for the purpose of managing participation in the contest and raffle, as well as sending newsletters.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the contest and sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these rules. The organization reserves the right to modify any aspect of these rules for justified reasons, and undertakes to communicate such modifications clearly and transparently.
